A number of our hotels have won the Tripadvisor Travellers' Choice 2020 Award, placing them in the top 10% of businesses worldwide, based on guest reviews.

Tripadvisor's Travellers' Choice Awards are there to recognise and reward those travel businesses that earn consistently great customer reviews.

The winners are calculated based on the millions of reviews and opinions collected in a single year from travellers around the world on Tripadvisor.

In 2020, 13 of our hotels in The Gambia were been recognised, placing them amongst the top 10% of businesses worldwide. Now, that's an achievement!

Here's a breakdown of the hotels that were awarded, and why we think they're deserving of this fantastic accolade:

Ngala Lodge, Fajara
