Sustainable Tourism

We at The Gambia Experience have always been aware of the impact of tourism on the immediate and worldwide environment, which is why we’ve always strived to be a ‘green’ company. We continually endeavor to negate any detrimental impacts our business has on our destinations whilst sustaining long term environmental and social benefits.

At Serenity Holidays we believe that travel and tourism businesses have an important role to play in protecting children’s rights everywhere. We work alongside ECPAT UK  (+44 2072339887) who are the UK representative of The Code - an international initiative supporting travel and tourism companies to prevent child sexual exploitation.

Serenity Holidays is committed to child protection– both those we take on holiday and those in destinations. We condemn the exploitation of children, a fundamental abuse of a child’s human rights and dignity, and we reserve the right to immediately terminate business with any person or company that is engaged or associated with any form of exploitation.

We recommend that should anyone suspect that any child is at risk on their holiday, that they advise one of our representatives, call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, or contact ECPAT UK ( +44 207 233 9887)
