We are delighted to be nominated once again for the British Travel Awards this year as the 'Best Holiday Company to Africa'.

Having won Gold in 2016 and Silver in 2017, we would of course lovel to reclaim our golden crown! Thank you to each and every one of you who voted for us. If you are still undecided whether to vote for us this year, may we try to persuade you by sharing why so many of our customers think we deserve to win.

Feefo Reviews

Over the last year The Gambia Experience has received feedback from over 546 reviews on Feefo scoring 4.5 out of 5 for customer experience and 4.2 out of 5 for our product.

Similar to a number of other review sites, Feefo is a global feedback engine, but unlike many others, all the reviews you read on Feefo are genuine. This is because they are written by genuine customers who have returned from one of our holidays and are therefore qualified to give their opinion. Only genuine customers can review us on Feefo.


Customer questionnaires

Upon completion of their holiday, we ask all our customers to fill out a questionnaire where they can rate their experience. We're delighted that 86% of our customers would recommend us to their friends.
