We were delighted to be nominated for the British Travel Awards last month as the 'Best Holiday Company to Sub-Saharan Africa' and we are even more delighted to have received so many votes so far.


Thank you to each and every one of you who have voted for us. Of course we would love to win and while we are currently in the lead there is plenty of time for this to change. With this in mind, if you are still undecided whether to vote for us, may we try to persuade you by sharing why so many of our customers think we deserve to win.



Feefo Reviews

Over the last year The Gambia Experience has received feedback from over 2,000 reviews on Feefo scoring 96% for service and 93% for our product.

Similar to a number of other review sites, Feefo is a global feedback engine, but unlike many others, all the reviews you read on Feefo are genuine. This is because they are written by genuine customers who have returned from one of our holidays and are therefore qualified to give their opinion.


Customer questionnaires

Upon completion of their holiday, we ask all our customers to fill out a questionnaire where they can rate their overall experience. For the 2015/16 winter season you gave us 90%.
