We’re delighted to announce that The Gambia Experience has been nominated for ‘Best Holiday Company to Africa’ in the 2017 British Travel Awards!

Having won 'Best Holiday Company to Sub-Saharan Africa' in 2016 can we do it again?

BTA 2017

Voting has now closed

What are the British Travel Awards (BTAs)?

The BTAs were set up in 2008 in order to recognise the achievements of travel and visitor attraction providers, as voted for by the general public. This year, from 3 July to 30 September, consumers are invited to place votes for their chosen providers, against the categories they are nominated for, and winners are chosen based on the number of votes they have received. The awards night this year will be held on 29 November in London.

Why get involved?

It’s great to get involved as not only will your vote help to show your appreciation to a travel company you enjoyed holidaying with, but perhaps a more exciting reason is that there are loads of really great prizes on offer for voters from a Fortnum and Mason hamper to some really wonderful holidays. Visit the Prize Chest to find out more.

Where can you vote?

If you would like to vote for us (which we hope you do), you can simply click on the voting button above. You will just need to fill out some basic information and voila! You’re all set.

If you do decide we’re worthy of your vote, be sure to drop us a tweet to let us know @GambiaXperience

You can keep up to date with the BTA through their Twitter: @BritTravAwrds or visit their website:

Happy voting!
