What is On Request?
When you make your holiday booking with an accommodation that is on request, we will not take any funds until we are able to secure your chosen property or room. If the request is confirmed then deposit / full payment will automatically be taken and our normal terms and conditions will apply.
Once your booking has been submitted, we will request your property or rooms(s). These are normally confirmed by the accommodation within 48 hours, which is when we will contact you by email or by telephone.
If for any reason there is a delay to this (e.g. due to national holidays etc) we will always contact you within 5 days of your booking to either confirm your booking with the requested room(s), or offer an alternative property/room (subject to availability), holiday or travel arrangements (this may be at a different price). If this alternative is not acceptable to you, we will of course refund your full payment immediately.
