Since the opening of its sister hotel, Coco Ocean,Coconut Residence has become a quieter retreat, with a loyal following of customers who enjoy the colonial atmosphere, personal service and tranquil grounds of this boutique hotel.
This deluxe property was designed to recreate a colonial feel with an atmosphere of understated elegance. It offers a luxurious hideaway in which to relax, and is very popular with repeat guests.
The accommodation is arranged in suites which vary in size and location, either within the main building or set amongst the gardens, however all are equipped to an exceptionally high standard. In addition to their normal duties, your maid will be happy to assist with unpacking and ironing of any essential item on arrival if you wish. The vast Royal Suite was named in recognition of the King of Morocco’s stay at the property; in fact, diplomats and dignitaries have been regular guests at this deluxe residence.
Although not positioned on the beach, two swimming pools and sun terraces within a delightful garden of palms and exotic flowering plants help create an idyllic haven in which to unwind. Located approximately one kilometre from the Kololi area, transport is arranged to and from the beach of its sister hotel Coco Ocean, where guests have full use of all the facilities, which has sunbeds, a spa and a beach restaurant.
The intimate and relaxed atmosphere continues throughout the hotel with an authentic Moroccan tent serving as a clubhouse, plus a bar, lounge and the Avocado Restaurant. Although Coconut Residence is offered on a bed & breakfast basis, many clients will choose to dine in the renowned Avocado Restaurant with its sophisticated à la carte menu and champagne breakfasts are included in your stay.

Guests on half board can also choose to dine at Coco Ocean, offering fantastic variety and flexibility when it comes to cuisine.
Guests can also hire the hotel's boat, which offers a relaxing day in the creeks, with lunch served on board.
