Advance Passenger Information
Due to UK Government legislation, we now are required to collect Advance Passenger (passport) Information from all customers (including infants) travelling to and from the UK by air.
You can do this by registering your API details on line at http://www.gambia.co.uk/mybooking where you need to supply:
- Full name, as per the passport including all middle names
- Date of birth
- Nationality
- Passport number
- Passport country of issue
- Passport expiration date
You do not have to include these details in order to complete your booking, however you must provide them no later than 7 days prior to travel in order for the tickets to be processed. Failure to do so will prevent tickets from being issued. Any API details received within 7 days of departure will result in a Ticket on Departure being arranged, for which you maybe charged.
Our website will not confirm a reservation made within 7 days of travel, unless you input the API details at the time of booking.
