Tendaba camp is located in the centre of the village and was originally established by a Swedish sea captain who regularly sailed up the river bringing groups of visitors with him.
Today it is Gambian owned and managed and provides simple but clean accommodation right on the banks of the river. The main attraction of the camp is how close it is to the Kiang West National Park.
