In 2003 we were awarded 'Appointment to the Order of The Gambia', from the Gambian Government for our longstanding commitment to the country within tourism. In 2007, we were awarded the 'Tour Operator of the Year' prize by the Travel Trade Gazette (TTG), one of the leading travel industry journals.  We are also holders of AITO 5 star Sustainable Tourism status, the highest level possible. We pride ourselves on listening to our customers and taking their views into consideration when planning our programme.

We have introduced summer charters, Premium flight upgrades, regional departures flying from Bristol and East Midlands and new types of accommodation including lodges, villas and boutique properties.

We are the only year-round tour operator from the UK to The Gambia and during the main winter season we offer several exclusive properties and room types that cannot be found in other UK tour operators' brochures.
